Our Quality Assurance and Quality Control begins at the fishing boat, with our highly experienced and well-trained fishers, experts in the Japanese methods of fishing handling. Proper “Post Harvest” handling is essential and only Norpac owns an extensive fleet of fishing vessels and processing facilities, allowing us to guarantee quality from start to finish. No other company has such a consistent and reliable source of quality seafood products.
Once our seafood is brought ashore, our fish undergo numerous checkpoints where food safety and operation teams work together to maintain safe and sanitary working conditions in which the fish are prepared. These important steps are never overlooked, and are electronically recorded through our entire supply chain – to ensure food that is fresh and safe.
